step 2 : create your account in blogger.and create a blog with custom domain.and choose the one simple theme.
step 3: then you download the script from given website. if anyone send you any type of wishing website then you can easily encode the source code through a software CYOTEK WEB COPY first install this software and copied the URL which you want to source code. and paste the copied URL in cyotek web copy. save the encoded file in your choice able folder.
step 4 : in source file you get a html or php file like as index.html or index.php open this file with notepad++
step 5 : if you have AdSense approval account then you replace the your adsensecode on the given code in the file.
step 6 : in index file given the many links. first you copied this links and paste in your and browser and see which type and what shows the links? as per show in the links like .png .gif or .jpeg file you upload a file in the your blog. BUT DON'T PUBLISH THIS FILE.

step 12 : click on the revert the classic theme
step 13 : then you will show the html code select all the html code
step 14 : go to the your save file of index,html open and select all code
step 15 : go to revert classic theme and paste your copied code in the revert theme html code.
step 16 : save the theme.
step 17 : off the navabar option.
step 18 : view blog.
