You should known this shortcut keys of keyboard.

The QWERTY keyboard was invented by C.L.Sheol's. the name QWERTY comes from the first six letters in the top alphabet row of the keyboard. Keyboard is the input processing electrical device which works on the mechanical fundamental.

IMPORTANT KEYS IN THE KEYBOARD :

• Esc : It performs functions similar to that of the cancel button. 
• F1 : While working in the application on depressing this keys the application help menu appears,F1 also open Windows help 
• F2 : It helps to rename the selected item. 
• F3 : It displays the 'Find: all files' dialog box on depressing. 
• F4 : It selects the go to a different folder box and helps to move the entries down in the box. 
• F5 : It refreshes the current window and the web page in Internet explorer. 
• F6 : It helps to move among the panes in window explorer. 
• F7 : It use for the spell grammar check in ms word. 
• F8 : It is used for the safe mode in the boot options. 
• F9 : It is used for the boot option and update fields in ms word. 
• F10 : It activate the menu bar options. 
• F11 : It helps to toggle between full screen viewing mode and normal viewing mode in Internet explorer. 
• F12 : It is used for the open the save as windows. 
• Print screen : It use for the screen snapshot in windows. 
• Tab : It helps to move forward though options in the dialog box. 
• Caps lock : It locks the keyboard in capital mode. 
• Shift : It is used in combination with other keys to perform specific tasks. 
• Shift + Delete : It deletes the selected item permanently. 

CONTROL KEYS :

• Ctrl +A : It is used to select all item. 
• Ctrl+B : It is used to add or remove the bold formatting. 
• Ctrl+C : It is used to copy on the clipboard. 
• Ctrl +F : It is used to open the 'find what'dialog box. 
• Ctrl+H : It is used to replace and open the find and replace dialog box. 
• Ctrl+I : It is used to add or remove the italic formatting. 
• Ctrl+N :It is used to open new document or new windows. 
• Ctrl+O : It is used to open and bring up browse dialog box. 
• Ctrl+P : It is used for the print the page. 
• Ctrl+S : It is used for the save our work. 
• Ctrl+U : It is used to add or remove the underline formatting. 
• Ctrl+V : It is used for the paste the copied item. 
• Ctrl+W : It is used for the closed the open document. 
• Ctrl+X : It is used for the cut or remove the selected and copied item. 
• Ctrl+Y :It is used to the redo the last command. 
• Ctrl+Z : It is used to undo the last command. 
• Ctrl+Esc : It is used to open the start menu. 
• Ctrl : It is used the copy file while dragging. 
• Ctrl+Shift : It is used to create a shortcut while dragging file. 
• Ctrl+ Tab : It moves from the one open windows to other open windows. 
• Ctrl+Shift+Tab :It helps to move backward through option in the dialog box. 
• Ctrl+F4 :It is used to close a window in an application without closing the an application. 
• Ctrl+F5 : It is used to refresh a web page in Internet explorer. 

ALT KEY :

• Alt+F4 : It closes the current windows if there is no active windows,It will open the shutdown dialog box. 
• Alt+left/right arrows : It helps us to move ahead or back through the page visited in windows or in browser. 
• Alt+space bar :It displays the current window 's system menu.it is the same as left -clicking on the application icon placed at the top left of the window. 
• Alt +Enter : It displays the properties of selected items.this can also be done by using alt +double click. 
• Alt+Space bar+C : It closes a window after the system menu is displayed.it works in the same way as Al+F4 but requires less stretch. 
• Alt+-(hyphen) : It displays the current window's system menu.it is the same as left clicking on the application icon placed at the top left of the window. 
• Alt +Tab : It displays a list of open application windows.

WINDOWS KEY :

• Windows key : It is used to display the start menu.
• Windows key+D : It is used to minimize all windows.
• Windows key+E : It is used to open a new Explorer window.
• Windows key+F : It is used to display the find all files dialog box.
• Windows key +L : It is used to lock the computer.
• Windows key+ M : It is used to minimize all open windows.
• Windows key +Shift +M : It is used to restore all previously open windows
• Windows key +R : It displays the 'Run' command.
• Windows key + F1 : It displays the windows help menu.
• Windows key+ pause/Break : It displays the system properties dialog box.
• Windows key +Tab : It helps us to cycle through the button on the task bar
